1. S & D Co-operation will endeavour
to provide the most accurate Visa Advice available. However due to ever
changing Immigration Regulations, S & D Co-operation will not be
held responsible for information which subsequently becomes incorrect
after advice has been given as a result of changes in Visa requirements.
2. S & D Co-operation will endeavour to process visas in the shortest
time whilst utilising the most reliable and secure methods of transport
available to and from Embassies and Consulates. Whilst every reasonable
effort will be made to ensure the safety of passports during processing
and also to obtain visas within the time required, S & D Co-operation
will not be held responsible for delays caused by or due to processing
times at Embassies or Consulates, transportation, public holidays, incorrect
or incomplete documentation, Weather conditions, strikes, or any other
cause beyond S & D Co-operation¡¯s reasonable control. In certain
circumstances, the Embassy / Consulate may require you to provide further
documents as evidence of your visit to China or come to the Embassy
/ Consulate, S & D Co-operation will not be held responsible for
delays. S & D Co-operation will not be responsible for any prepaid
travel arrangements, should the visa not be issued on time or declined.
S & D Co-operation will not be responsible for Embassy or Consulate
errors. While every effort will be made to ensure the visa has been
issued correctly, it is the client¡¯s responsibility to ensure the visa
has been issued in accordance with their travel plans.
3. S & D Co-operation reserves the right to charge the Consular
fee as requested by the Embassy or Consulate on the day the visa is
issued, plus any associated bank fees if applicable.
4. S & D Co-operation gives no warranty or representations from
any inaccuracies or omissions of the information contained within the
website (www.sdcooperation.com) or e-mail notifications. Furthermore,
users of the site must be aware of the fact that the information contained
within its pages is just a general guide to China visa and is not a
source of complete information.
5. In the event that a visa is not processed in time due to some act
on the part of S & D Co-operation, S & D Co-operation¡¯s maximum
liability shall be to refund in full all Consular and / or S & D
Co-operation paid to process the visa in question.
6. S & D Co-operation will not be held responsible for any delay,
delivery to a wrong address, or damage to or loss of the passport /
documents as a result of the negligence of any mail service. S &
D Co-operation will also not be held responsible for any damage to or
loss of the passport /documents as a result of the negligence of Embassy
or Consulate. In the event of loss or damage to passport(s) whilst being
processed, the liability of S & D Co-operation shall not exceed
the actual replacement cost of the passport(s) concerned, S & D
Co-operation will not be liable for any loss of documents being dispatched
once the transaction is completed.
7. In the event a visa application is declined, if all documentation
(including any supplemental documentation requested) has been provided,
S & D Co-operation will refund you the embassy fee but no S &
D Co-operation processing fee will be refunded.
8. If, however, you decide to withdraw your application from S &
D Co-operation or do not provide documentation which S & D Co-operation
requests which would have, if provided, enabled you to obtain a visa,
S & D Co-operation will not refund any fees.
9. All liability is disregarded to the fullest extent permitted by law
in respect of any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential)
which arises in connection with the use of or reliance upon any materials
and information appearing on this website or submitted by the company
via e-mail.
10. This website may comprise hypertext links to websites not operated
or controlled by S & D Co-operation. These links are provided for
convenience only, and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by
S & D Co-operation Ltd. All liability in respect of materials appearing
on any linked site is excluded.
11. S & D Co-operation reserves the right to provide any free information
or directions in relation to any Immigration related queries which we
may receive either via telephone, fax or e-mail
