Terms and conditions

1. By accessing or using translation/interpretation provided by www.sdcooperation.com, you acknowledge the terms and conditions hereof and agree that you will be bound by the terms and conditions. In additions, this terms and conditions may be changed or updated by S & D Co-operation from time to time without any prior notice to you. Changed terms and conditions will become valid upon being posted on www.sdcooperation.com. Your continuous use of our service signifies your acceptance of the change terms.
2. Quotations are given on the basis of your description of the source material, the topic of the translation and any other instructions. Such quotations may be amended at any time if, in our opinion, the description of the source materials is materially inadequate or inaccurate.
3. The quotations are given on the basis that the terms quoted will remain open for the placing of orders for 15 days from the date of the quotation.
4. Customer acknowledge that any original works and translated works submitted by and to you over the internet, mail or phone line cannot be guaranteed to be free from the risk of delay, interception, loss or damage. Furthermore, we will not be held any responsible for the result arise out of them beyond S & D Co-operation’s reasonable control.
5. We do not warrant that the translated works will meet your specific requirements and, unless otherwise agreed, we do not warrant that the operation of any translated works sent to you will be uninterrupted or error free. Furthermore, we do not warrant that or make any representation regarding the use of the translated works in terms of their accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise.
6. Customer represents that translated works will be used for its own internal purposes and not for re-sale.
7. The following uses of translation service are prohibited: The following uses of Translation Service are prohibited: the creation or transmission of any message or other material which constitutes an infringement of any patent, copyright or trademark; an unauthorized disclosure of a trade secret; the transfer of any information or technology abroad in violation of any applicable export law or regulation; or a violation of any other applicable statute or government regulation.
